More Gigs!

Hey all,

Thanks for those who made it out to the show last month at Dawson St Pub, it was a nice way to spend a cold dreary holiday, with old & new friends & talented bands all with lady leads (rare indeed)... I think the last time that happened was when I went to Lilith Fair (I'm hoping Sarah Mclachlan will bring that back & invite me to play... plllleeeease!) It was inspiring as a young girl to see a festival dedicated to the voices of women & to see it packed! I saw a great line up: Fiona Apple, The Cartigans, Paula Cole, Tracy Chapman, Sarah Mclachlan & introduced me to indie bands like Tara Maclean & Holly Mcnarland... the list goes on...

I have been posting some of the tunes we played on my YouTube channel, so go give it a listen! It was a duo set with a mix of originals and inspirational covers from bands that inspired me throughout my life... Like Modest Mouse, traditional folk songs, Nirvana, The Pixies & Radiohead

The next shows as of now are:

July 11th at Attic Brewing

July 19th at Little Big Planet

And July 23rd at The Perch

&

September 26th at Face Clock Gallery as part of the Fringe Arts Festival...I will post more about this later after details are worked out, but I'm looking forward to it!
